Community Brew Collective delivers fresh private-label beans to your Calgary office every week. You pick a tier based on team size, we handle delivery and monthly invoicing. Subscriptions start at $150 per month and you can cancel anytime — no minimum term, no setup fees.

We deliver CBC private-label beans roasted fresh by Chronicle Coffee Roasters in Calgary. Our blend is sourced from sustainable farms in Colombia, Guatemala, and Ethiopia. Every bag is roasted to order, so the coffee that arrives at your office is days old — not months.

Yes. You can mix whole bean and ground in any combination across your weekly bags. Most offices choose whole bean for their espresso machines and ground for drip brewers. Switch your mix anytime by emailing your account manager.

We deliver across Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, and Strathmore. Free delivery is included on Standard and higher tiers within Calgary city limits. Outside the metro area we add a small delivery surcharge — quoted upfront, no surprises.

A 250-gram bag brews approximately 18 to 20 cups of standard 8oz coffee. A 10-person Starter tier (2 bags per week) covers about 36 to 40 cups weekly — roughly 4 cups per person per week. Heavy-coffee teams should size up.

Anytime. Email your account manager at least 48 hours before your next delivery to pause, swap tiers, or cancel. We hold your spot for up to 8 weeks while paused. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.
